Buses from Guadeloupe Airport with Bus Routes and Times

Pointe-a-Pitre's public transport are bus transits operated by Société de Transport de l'Agglomération Center (STAC) under Karu'lis network.

The island's public transport system is well developed with a modern and comfortable bus service that links the different municipalities.

The Société de Transport de l'Agglomération Center (STAC) is a local company (SAS), which has managed transport systems since 2011 on behalf of the Syndicat Mixte des Transports du Petit Cul de Sac Marin (SMTPCM).

The Karu'lis network in Abymes, Baie-Mahault, Gosier, and Pointe-à-Pitre has been serving the outskirts, the sections from Pierrette to Lamentin and from Deshauteurs to Saint-Anne.

There are 38 regular urban and peri-urban lines with one city center shuttle and four airport lines.

There are two bus stations in Pointe-a-Pitre. The first station is located at Bergevin, north of the metro traversing the routes to Basse-Terre. Bergevin has a ticket office and fixed timetables provided for travelers.

The second bus station is in the southern district of La Darse, serving the destinations in Grande-Terre. Ticketing booths are not available in the area. Passengers must purchase tickets aboard the buses.

Bus transport can be a little slow. Therefore, we do not recommend this mode of transportation for passengers in a hurry.

Bus transit is also accessible at the ground transportation area of Pointe-a-Pitre International Airport.

Routes AE1, AE2, AE3, and AE4 are buses that serve the airport.

Buses are available at the airport from Mondays to Fridays from 5:45 AM to 6:50 PM. However, bus operations are limited on Saturdays from 6:25 AM to 12:30 PM, and no service every Sunday.

Bus fare starts from €1.00 to €4.00.
